About Ayeen Art
Ayeen Art is home to artist Sarah Lee-Byrne, born in Northern Ireland, UK and of Chinese descent. Sarah’s practice is informed by her love for nature and exploration of our connection with the environment around us; how it impacts our world and intertwines with our lives.
About Sarah
Having outgrown the space in her home studio, Sarah is now based in Flax Art Studios in Belfast where her art practise continually evolves as she explores and challenges new skills and subjects. As well as drawing and painting, Sarah also creates original prints in silkscreen and copper plate etching at Belfast Print Workshop where she is currently a member. An advocate for printmaking and visual arts, Sarah is also a member of the global creative print community People of Print and Ireland’s largest visual arts community Visual Artists Ireland.
By producing hand made quality art and authentic original prints that takes time and consideration, Sarah’s aim is to enrich our perception of the world around us.
